Will is Company Director, Founder and Senior Partner at Quantum. Forming Quantum in 2010 following 25 years in Senior Leadership, Coaching and Training within the Healthcare and Med Tech Industry. As a Post Graduate Qualified Business Executive Coach, a Certified Trainer and a Master Practitioner in NLP, Will brings a wealth of experience and insight in Team Performance and Personal Development. Will specialises in Sales Force Effectiveness, Conflict Resolution, Building High Performing Teams, Communication Excellence and Presentation Skills.

Will is the Co Founder of The Sales APPROACH Consultative Sales Model. He is certified in Belbin Team Profiling, DiSC Behavioural Profiling, Coaching with NLP, Time Line Therapy and Mindfulness.

In his spare time, Will runs the local Youth Football Team and is a Level 3 Football Association Coach.


Bridgene Mckelvie

Bridgene is Company Director and Office Manager at Quantum. Bridgene spent over 15 years in Senior Sales Roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry, winning numerous accolades , including the Pharma Times Representative of the Year Award in 2009.

With a Degree in Business and Office Administration, Bridgene is responsible for client interaction, customer service and the smooth running of all our Learning and Development Programmes.

Our purpose is to add value and expertise to exceed your expectations in achieving both business and personal goals”.

In her spare time, Bridgene is a mum, with a focus on Personal Training and Mental Fitness and holds a Diploma in Mindfulness and Reiki and is qualified in DiSC Behavioural Profiling.

 
 

Mark Davidson

Mark is a Business Consultant and Training Facilitator at Quantum.

He has extensive knowledge and experience of the Health Care Industry with a career spanning over 20 years within Healthcare and Medical Technology. Mark commencing his career in the NHS where he qualified as an accountant.  He then spent the majority of his career within large blue chip Med Tech Organisations in a variety of commercial leadership and corporate development roles.

“I have been fortunate to have gained extensive experience across a number of different functions within my career.  This has given me an in depth and rounded understanding of the commercial and strategic environment that companies and teams must navigate to be successful”.

Mark specialises in commercial development, strategy implementation, strategic market assessments and merger acquisition process. He is a qualified accountant (CIPFA) with an Executive MBA.

In his spare time he is kept busy with a young family and enjoys playing golf.


Helen McPike

Helen is an Associate Trainer at Quantum and brings a wealth of experience in people and talent development.

With over twenty-year Sales and Sales Leadership experience within Medical Devices, Helen specialising in building high performing, highly engaged teams, using ‘Insights Discovery’.

“Insights Discovery’ is a transformational experience. It brings psychology to life is an accessible practical model, that enhances personal awareness and a better understanding of others.
