Presenting with impact and influencing others

Presenting With Impact is a one day workshop which will increase confidence and effectiveness when presenting.

In this one day workshop, attendees will

• Identify how to present with impact.

• Structuring your presentations for maximum engagement.

• Identify the importance of and learn skills to engage audiences early.

• Start with the WHY.

• Understand how to use VAK Language to engage all learning styles.

• Learn techniques to manage state and nerves.

• Understand how non-verbal communication impacts outcomes.

• Prepare and deliver presentations with impact using the skills they’ve learned.

• Observe, review and feedback to colleagues.

• Work with a colleague to set personal goals and objectives for implementation back in role.

Back in role attendees will implement learned presentation tips to effectively

• Create effective and compelling presentations.

• Engage a wider audience through impactful presentations.

• Use VAK language to engage all communication/learning styles.

• Use anchoring techniques.

• Manage nerves and state.

• Communicate more effectively at group and 1:1 level.

• Be more confident and effective in presenting to groups and at 1:1.

• Implement individual personal action plan.
